Request deletion of your data

Use this form to request deletion of personal information associated with a NeoRishi Clarity Scan.

Submit either the email address or the mobile number used for the scan. Do not submit both. Mobile numbers must include the country calling code.

NeoRishi normalizes the submitted identifier and converts it to a one way hash before storing the request record. The request does not confirm whether a matching record exists.

Submission does not automatically delete information. NeoRishi reviews the request and may ask you to confirm control of the relevant email address or mobile number before processing it.

Some payment or accounting records may be retained where required by applicable law.

Do not include passwords, identity documents, banking credentials, scan answers, report text, payment references, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
