Who is responsible

NeoRishi Wellness OPC Pvt Ltd is responsible for the NeoRishi website, Clarity Scan, Clarity Report, and the information described in this policy.

Information NeoRishi handles

NeoRishi handles the scan session, your scan answers, the resulting category and report, and controlled funnel events needed to operate and understand the experience.

When you continue to your report, NeoRishi also collects your preferred name, email address, self reported mobile number, privacy acknowledgement, required report email permission, and any separate optional marketing permission you choose to give.

If you later submit feedback, NeoRishi stores your accuracy rating, action intent, any optional short text you provide, and your explicit testimonial permission choice. Private feedback is not published as a testimonial without the separate exact wording approval process.

A personal referral code may be used to attribute a referral link visit and the resulting scan funnel. The shared message contains no personal report details. A NeoRishi Tribe link click records only that the link was clicked and does not claim that you joined the community. If you submit a payment claim or data request, NeoRishi handles the information needed for that specific action. Payment or accounting records may be retained where applicable law requires it.

How the information is used

The information is used to run the scan, create and display the deterministic report, connect the completed scan to the contact you provide, respect consent choices, protect private access, respond to data requests, and measure whether the product funnel works.

The immediate web report does not depend on artificial intelligence or email. Where an approved language improvement feature is enabled, artificial intelligence may improve wording but may not select the category, evidence, action, or experiment.

When language improvement is enabled, OpenAI receives only the report language inputs needed for that task. NeoRishi excludes your name, email address, mobile number, IP address, payment reference, and access token from that provider request. When report email is enabled, Resend receives only the delivery information and content needed to send that email.

Analytics boundaries

Vercel Web Analytics is enabled only on the public marketing layout, which contains the landing, privacy, terms, and data request pages. It is not added to the Clarity Scan, private report, or admin routes.

For visits to those public pages, Vercel Web Analytics may process the page URL or path, referrer, device and browser information, and coarse location information according to Vercel's service.

NeoRishi product analytics accepts only approved event names and controlled properties. Event payloads do not contain a preferred name, email address, mobile number, scan answer, report text, access token, feedback text, referral code, share text, or payment reference.

Storage and access

NeoRishi uses Vercel to host the application and Supabase to store application records. Operational access is restricted to approved admin email addresses, and personal email and mobile values are masked by default in the admin view.

A scan session has a fourteen day access period and a private report has a thirty day access period. Expiry stops access through those routes; it does not by itself mean that every underlying record has been automatically deleted.

After an approved deletion request is verified, NeoRishi removes the relevant active product records except records that must be retained for legal, payment, or accounting obligations. Copies in managed backups expire through the provider's backup lifecycle, so NeoRishi does not promise a fixed purge date for an individual backup copy.

Access, correction, and deletion

For access to or correction of personal information associated with a NeoRishi Clarity Scan, email contact@neorishi.io. To request deletion, use the NeoRishi deletion request process. NeoRishi verifies a request before processing it and does not automatically complete deletion when a form is submitted.

The deletion form accepts either one email address or one mobile number. The submitted identifier is normalized and converted to a one way hash before the deletion request record is stored.

Safety and your choices

The Clarity Scan offers an everyday pattern hypothesis, not a medical or psychological diagnosis. Persistent fatigue, distress, or difficulty functioning may deserve support from a qualified professional.

Marketing permission is separate, optional, and not selected by default. Capturing a mobile number does not create a public account, verify ownership by OTP, or subscribe you to WhatsApp marketing.
