1. The NeoRishi service

NeoRishi currently provides a ten question Clarity Scan and a personalised Clarity Report. The scan offers an everyday pattern hypothesis that may be affecting attention or energy and provides one practical shift to test.

NeoRishi may also offer optional paid experiences. Any price, payment process, cancellation condition, or refund condition will be shown before a paid purchase is completed.

2. Not medical or psychological advice

NeoRishi does not provide medical diagnosis, psychological diagnosis, therapy, treatment, or emergency support.

The Clarity Scan offers an everyday pattern hypothesis, not a medical or psychological diagnosis. It does not determine the cause of persistent fatigue, distress, impaired functioning, or any health condition.

Please contact an appropriately qualified professional when medical or psychological support may be required.

3. Use of your own judgment

NeoRishi provides information for reflection and personal experimentation.

You remain responsible for your choices, decisions, conduct, wellbeing, and use of the report. Do not rely on NeoRishi as the sole basis for an important medical, legal, financial, employment, or personal decision.

4. Information you provide

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use the service to harm another person.

Personal information is handled according to the NeoRishi Privacy Policy.

5. How results are created

Your primary clarity pattern and action are selected through rule based logic using your scan answers.

Where enabled, artificial intelligence may improve how the explanation is written. It does not select or change the result and does not provide a medical or psychological diagnosis.

NeoRishi does not guarantee that every result will feel accurate or produce a particular outcome.

6. Intellectual property

The NeoRishi name, Clarity Scan, scoring approach, report structure, written content, visual design, and related materials are owned by NeoRishi Wellness OPC Pvt Ltd or used with permission.

You may use your personal report for your own noncommercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, sell, reverse engineer, publish, or commercially exploit the NeoRishi service or proprietary materials without written permission.

7. Service availability

NeoRishi is an early stage service.

Features may be corrected, changed, suspended, or discontinued when necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product improvement.

NeoRishi does not guarantee continuous or error free availability.

8. External links

The website may contain links to third party services such as LinkedIn or WhatsApp.

NeoRishi does not control those services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

9. Responsibility and applicable rights

NeoRishi will take reasonable steps to operate the service responsibly.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NeoRishi is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on the service. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, subject to applicable consumer rights.
